Ethernet to serial and RS485/232 to wifi server link S7-200SMART / S7-1200

The company's serial port to the Ethernet server can be a good link between S7-200SMART and S7-1200 Ethernet communication, compatible with MODBUS protocol, to achieve two-way transparent transmission.
First prepared 485 rpm Ethernet server [zp-8621] and Siemens PLC products are as follows:


S7-200 SMART to do the client and S7-1200 Ethernet communication relative to the S7-1200 to do the client is much simpler, the following is a small experiment.
1, create the PUT / GET wizard. As shown below:

2, configure the network communication parameters, S7-200 SMART IP address is 192.168.0.2, S7-1200 IP address is 192.168.0.1, S7-200 SMART read S7-1200 input image area of a byte data to M MB0 of the storage area. As shown below:

NET_EXE Parameter Description:

ZP-8621 networking equipment 485 to Ethernet to achieve Siemens PLC and INTOUCH connection

1, install the Siemens S7TCP driver "DASSIDirect";

Run, Start Menu / Programs / Wonderware / System Management Console (SMC) program in DAServer

Manager, find "SIDirect DAServer", as shown in Figure:


        

3, right-click "Configuration", in the menu, select "Add PortCpS7 Object"; right-click "New_PortCp_000" and select "Add S7Cp Object", add a S7300 or S7400 site; only BCNet-S7MPI IP address , Other parameters default.

Select the Device Group property page. , Right click on the "Device Group" dialog box in the blank place, select "Add", add a Device Group, "Topic_0" to the required name, such as "S7300", the name needs to be used in INTOUCH.



4, right-click "New_PortCp_000" and select "Add PortCpS7_200 Object", add a S7200 site, only need to BCNet-S7PPI IP address fill, the other parameters by default, do not need to fill in TSAP.
Select the Device Group property page. , Right click on the "Device Group" dialog box in the blank place, select "Add", add a Device Group, "Topic_0" to the required name, such as "S7200", the name needs to be used in INTOUCH.
5. Right-click ArchestrA.DASSIDirect and select Activate Server to start the DA Server.
6. Open the INTOUCH software, the tool / configuration / access name, and add the two access names to the Device Group in the two S7TCP sites in the DA Server.
S7300TCP: Enter "S7300TCP" in "Access Name", fill in "Application Name" in "DASSIDirect", and "S7300" in "Subject Name"
S7200TCP: Enter "S7200TCP" in "Access Name", fill in "Application Name" in "DASSIDirect", and "S7200" in "Subject Name"
7, select "logo name dictionary",
Enter the "S7300TCP"; in the "project", fill in the address of S7PLC, such as "db1, w0", corresponding to the DB1 (see the "name"), such as "aaa" .DBW0.

Second, BCNet-S7 through BCNetS7 OPC software to connect INTOUCH settings
1, install the driver "Factory Suite Gateway";
Run the SMC program, under the DAServer Manager, find "FSGateway";
2, right-click "Configuration", in the menu, select "Add OPC Object"; in "New_OPC_000" "Server Name", select OPC.BCNet.S7.
3. Right-click "New_OPC_000" and select "Add OPC Group Object", where "Device Group Name" needs to be used in INTOUCH.
4, click the button "Browse OPC Items", import OPC.BCNet.S7 configured variables, you can "Device Items" to view the imported variables.
5. Right-click "ArchestrA. FSGateway" and select "Activate Server" to start the DA Server.
6. Open the INTOUCH software, the tool / configuration / access name, and add an access name to correspond to the OPC Group in the BCNetOPC site in the DA Server.
Enter "BCNetOPC" in "Access Name", fill in "FSGateway" in "Application Name", fill in "New_OPC_000_New_OPCGroup_000" in "Subject Name" and "Device Group Name" in SMC
7, select "logo name dictionary",
Enter the "access name", such as "BCNetOPC"; in the "project", fill in the address of S7PLC, such as "S7300.DB.W0", and then enter the " Corresponds to "Device Items" in SMC.
In the "Project", fill in the address of S7PLC, such as "S7200.V.VW0", and then enter the name of the "S7200.V.VW0" Corresponds to "Device Items" in SMC.
